Access Mapping Gender

Mapping Gender is a media project highlighting the roles and contributions of women scholars, athletes and achievers in University of Illinois history. It covers a wide range of University history from the early days on campus to the activities of the present day.

There are several ways to use the Mapping Gender project to promote gender equity in the University community.

1. Digital Signage – Upload files to department digital signage systems located in buildings across campus. Digital signage is becoming common campus-wide, and the Mapping Gender project provides exciting and relevant digital content for all departments. Download information is below. Please contact CITES for assistance.
